Two Addl CS, Admn Secys, DC among 33 Displaced Officers – Jammu and Kashmir Latest News | Tourism

JAMMU, 4th May: The government tonight ordered the transfer and posting of 33 officers from IAS and JKAS including two additional Chief Secretaries, Administrative Secretaries, Divisional Commissioner Jammu and many DCs.
Atal Dulloo, Commissioner of Finance (Additional Chief Secretary), Department of Finance, has been transferred and assigned as Commissioner of Finance (Additional Chief Secretary), Department of Agricultural Production.
Vivek Bhardwaj, Commissioner of Finance (Additional Chief Secretary), Department of Health and Medical Education, holding the additional position of Administrative Secretary, Department of Industries and Commerce, Department of Civil Aviation and President of BOPEE, was transferred and assigned as Commissioner of Finance (Additional Chief Secretary), Finance Department. He will continue to hold the positions of Administrative Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department and President of J&K BOPEE, in addition to his own duties, until further notice.
Alok Kumar, Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Youth Services and Sports, holding the additional office of Administrative Secretary, Department of Science and Technology and Department of Estates, will also hold the office of Administrative Secretary, Department of civil aviation and civil aviation commissioner.
Ashok Kumar Parmar, Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Irrigation and Flood Control, occupying the additional position of Administrative Secretary, Department of Mines, was transferred and assigned as Principal Secretary to Government, Jal County Shakthi.
Navin Kumar Choudhary, Principal Secretary to Government, Ministry of Agriculture, Production and Farmers’ Welfare, holding the additional office of Administrative Secretary, Ministry of Animal Husbandry and Sheep Husbandry and Ministry of Horticulture, was transferred and assigned as Principal Secretary of the Government, Health and Department of Medical Education.
Mr. Raju, Commissioner/Government Secretary, Department of Jal Shakti, was transferred and appointed Commissioner/Government Secretary, Department of Mines.
Rashmi Singh, upon arriving in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, was appointed as State Tax Commissioner, J&K. She will take over the position on 31.05.2022 upon retirement of Showkat Aijaz Bhat.
Raghav Langer, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, occupying the additional post of Additional Director General, Metropolitan Area Development Authority of Jammu has been transferred and posted as Government Secretary, Department of Planning, Development and Monitoring, replacing Zubair Ahmad, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumption of Postal Supplementary Charge.
Sushma Chauhan, currently on leave, will report to the General Administration Department after taking advantage of her leave.
Bhupinder Kumar, Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, was transferred and assigned as Transport Commissioner, J&K.
Ramesh Kumar, Managing Director of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, has been transferred and assigned as Divisional Commissioner, Jammu. He will also hold the post of Additional Chief Executive Officer of the Metropolitan Area Development Authority of Jammu, in addition to his own duties, until further notice.
Avny Lavasa, Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation, occupying the additional position of CEO, Special Purpose Vehicle for the City of Jammu for the implementation of the Smart City Project, under the Smart City Mission, has been transferred and posted in as Deputy Commissioner, Jammu.
Anshul Garg, Deputy Commissioner of Jammu, has been transferred and appointed Managing Director of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board.
Syed Sehrish Asgar, Mission Director, Rural Livelihood Mission, J&K, assuming the additional charge of Mission Director, Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan, was transferred and assigned as Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla.
Rahul Yadav, Deputy Commissioner of Kathua, was transferred and appointed Commissioner of Jammu Municipal Corporation. He will also serve as CEO, Special Purpose Vehicle for the city of Jammu for the implementation of the Smart City project, under the Smart City mission, in addition to his own duties, until further notice.
Kritika Jyotsna, Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal, has been transferred and assigned as Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur.
Rahul Pandey, Additional Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat, occupying the additional position of Director, Information, J&K, Director, Archives, Archeology and Museums, MK and Secretary, J&K Academy of Art, Culture & Languages, has been transferred and assigned to as Deputy Commissioner, Kathua.
Devansh Yadav, upon his arrival in Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, was appointed Managing Director of J&K Trade Promotion Organization. He will also assume the role of General Manager, J&K IT Infrastructure Company, in addition to his own duties, until further notice.
Minga Sherpa, upon entering the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, was appointed as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu.
Ayushi Sudan, upon arrival in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, was appointed Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna, relieving Choudhary Mohammad Yasin, Mission Director, National Health Mission, J&K additional postage charge.
Shyambir, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, was transferred and assigned as Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal.
Akshay Labroo, Mission Director, Atal Mission for Rejuventation and Urban Transformation 2.0 (AMRUT-2.0), has been transferred and assigned as an additional secretary to the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat. He will also assume the position of Director, Information, J&K, in addition to his own duties, until further notice.
Ankita Kar, Managing Director, J&K Trade Promotion Organization, holding the additional position of Managing Director, J&K IT Infrastructure Company and MD/Chief Executive Officer, Jammu/Srinagar Mass Rapid Transit Corporation, has been transferred and assigned as Additional Commissioner, State Taxes (Tax planning, policy and advance ruling). She will continue to serve as MD/Chief Executive Officer, Jammu/Srinagar Mass Rapid Transit Corporation, in addition to her own duties, until further notice.
Pradeep Kumar, Transport Commissioner, J&K, has been transferred and appointed Director, Archives, Archeology and Museums, J&K.
Rachna Sharma, under transfer order as Mission Director, ICPS, J&K, has been appointed Secretary in the Social Welfare Department.
Tariq Ahmad Zargar, Director, Rural Development, Kashmir, has been transferred and assigned as Director, Handicrafts and Handicrafts, Kashmir, relieving Mehmood Ahmad Shah, Director, Industries and Commerce, Kashmir from the additional burden of the post.
Khalid Jahangir, Chairman of the J&K Services Selection Committee, was transferred and appointed Deputy Commissioner at Kupwara.

Indu Kanwal Chib, Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, was transferred and assigned as Mission Director, Rural Livelihood Mission, J&K.
Imam Din, Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, was transferred and appointed Director of Rural Development, Kashmir.
Harvinder Kour, a member of the J&K Services Selection Committee, was transferred and assigned to the position of Mission Director, ICPS, J&K.
Bharat Singh, Additional Commissioner, State Taxes (Tax Planning, Policy and Ruling), has been transferred and assigned as Secretary, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages.
Rajesh Sharma, Special Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, has been transferred and appointed Chairman of the J&K Services Selection Committee.

The government also tonight ordered the transfer and posting of nine SSPs and SPs.
Imtiaz Ismail Parray, SSP Crime Kashmir was transferred and assigned as Commander IRP-8th Battalion.
Amritpal Singh, SP Shopian has been transferred and assigned as SSP Crime Kashmir.
Sudhanshu Verma, SP Sopore, has been transferred and assigned as Addl. SP Crime, Jammu against a vacancy.
Sandeep Gupta, SP Handwara, has been transferred and assigned as SP (Tech) CID Hqrs.
Sheema Nabi Qasba, SP (Tech) CID Hqrs, has been transferred and assigned as SP Handwara.
Tanushree, SP East Srinagar, was transferred and assigned as SP Shopian.
Imtiyaz Hussain Mir, commander IRP-8th Bn, was transferred and assigned as SSP CID Hqrs, against a vacant post.
Shabir Nawab, Commander IRP-21st Battalion, was transferred and assigned as SP Sopore.
Amit Verma, Extra SP Nowshera, has been transferred and assigned as Extra SP Anantnag, from a vacancy.
