The new center, CSS Corp’s second in Europe after Poland, will leverage highly skilled local talent with multilingual capabilities to provide technical support and IT services to customers. The move is part of CSS Corp’s global expansion strategy to meet growing business needs while improving its delivery capabilities in Europe. With this launch, CSS Corp now has 20 delivery centers around the world with more than 10,000 employees.
Cluj is the third most populous city in Romania and a hub of emerging technologies and outsourced services. CSS Corp‘s new center will be equipped to provide diverse and versatile talents in a variety of digital, engineering, IT and technical support skills. The center will initially employ around fifty professionals who will provide multilingual technical support in English, French, German and Italian. This number will grow to over 400 employees over the next two years with the addition of new client portfolios.
