Global customer experience and technology consulting services provider CSS Corp has expanded its presence in Latin America with the launch of a delivery center in the city of Barranquilla, Colombia.
The Colombian office currently has just 150 people, but the company says its workforce in the Andean country will exceed 500 over the next two years.
Initially, all employees will work from home and serve a regional customer of Ingenico, a payment service provider present in many Spanish-speaking countries.
The Dallas, Texas-based company began operations in Latin America in August 2013 with the launch of a delivery center in Costa Rica, where it currently employs more than 1,000 people in three delivery centers.
“The customer service and helpdesk team, made up of over 150 members, will start by supporting Ingenico’s Spanish and Mexican customers in the initial phase, then expand to other Spanish-speaking countries in the near future. Says Eric Duforest, COO at WorldLine, Ingenico’s parent company.
With more than 10,000 engineers and 19 locations worldwide, CSS Corp claims to harness the power of AI, automation, analytics, cloud and digital to improve the customer experience.
