BigCommerce Appoints Rob Kaloustian as Director of Services
AUSTIN, Texas – (COMMERCIAL THREAD) –Wholesale trade (Nasdaq: BIGC), a leading Open SaaS ecommerce platform for fast growing and established brands, today announced that Rob Kaloustian has joined the company as Chief Services Officer, succeeding Paul Vaillancourt, who previously held the position. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Kaloustian will lead the Customer Success Services (CSS) organization of BigCommerce, overseeing all aspects of Customer Success, Professional Services, Process Excellence, learning and organizational development, workforce and community planning.

A seasoned technology professional, Kaloustian has built his career in customer success and sales engineering. He joins BigCommerce after leaving Commvault, a provider of enterprise data backup, recovery and management, where he has spent the past 20 years leading technical teams in contact with customers, including global service organizations, company pre-sales assistance, training and engineering. Additionally, during his tenure, Kaloustian played a pivotal role in the development of Metallic, the company’s premier portfolio of SaaS data protection products. Before focusing on the corporate world, Kaloustian served nearly a decade in the United States Marine Corps, where he reached the rank of captain.
